On Point Construction was founded by Leandro Benjamim with a simple idea: owners should never have to guess what their contractor is doing, what it costs, or when it will be finished. Too many projects go wrong because of vague estimates and slow answers, and the company was set up to work the opposite way.
Today, On Point Construction operates as a trade name of Gomes & Benjamim LLC, with its office at 95 Merrick Way in Coral Gables. The work has grown from individual renovations to full builds, commercial interiors, and multi-trade projects, but the founding idea has not changed.
Our projects range from a kitchen or bathroom update to ground-up homes, commercial build-outs, and properties being prepared for investors. Because roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and painting are coordinated under one contract, owners deal with one team instead of scheduling separate trades.
